Valentine’s Day: Forever Alone Party at Brennan’s
“Let’s be alone together. Our Forever Alone Party returns this Friday, 8:30pm-1am. This will be the last one. Visit us upstairs on Valentine’s Day for deliciously heartbreaking cocktails, a dessert bar, a bunch of Russell Stover chocolate heart boxes, and the best of Soul Train and break-up ballads from DJ Whoever-We-Book. Couples welcome, but please act like you just met. No entry fee.”
“This self-guided tasting and pub crawl allows you to choose your own adventure through the many Cajun flavors that you will find throughout Soulard. Each purchase includes one drink voucher and six food vouchers that can be redeemed at any of the participating establishments. On Saturday, the world-famous Soulard Trolley Tramps will be shuttling merrymakers to restaurants throughout the neighborhood.” From 11am to 5pm both Saturday and Sunday.
Grand (re)Opening at Wellspent Brewing Company
“Join us as we reopen our doors. Meet our staff, try a few of our 10 beers on draft, enjoy tamales from The Tamale Man, and take home a bottle or Crowler. We’re BACK, St. Louis!” From noon to 11pm.
Valentine’s Brunch at Cardinals Nation
“Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Cardinals Nation with brunch on Sunday, February 16th, from 10am – 2pm! Brunch includes a bottomless Mimosa, Bloody Mary, and Bellini Bar PLUS free admission to the St. Louis Cardinals Museum. Enjoy the special Valentine’s menu including peppered prime rib, breakfast and lunch items, and house-made desserts for $45 per person.”
5th Annual Cupid’s Crawfish Boil at Gezellig
“It’s that time of year again where we like to set aside our social graces for Valentine’s Day and get our hands dirty with our loved ones, while getting a jump start on our favorite season: crawfish season! $25 gets you into a traditional Louisiana-style boil with crawfish, andouille sausage, potatoes, and corn. We like it spicy, so come prepared. We’re also super stoked to bring back 3/4 of the band from last year- legendary local favorites with that New Orleans flair: Big Mike & The Big Easy All Stars- featuring Big Mike Aguirre, Nate Hershey, Mike Murano, and guests! Time to get funky. The event is all you can eat, will feature two sets of live music, and we will have a well-curated draught beer and wine list to complement the boil, with special prices for the day. We’ll also have made-from-scratch Hurricanes available for those who prefer to live a little more on the wild side. This event sells out annually, so be sure to get your tickets in advance. Laissez les bons temps rouler!” From 2 to 8pm. Tickets are $25.
